Chapter 8

In Chapter 8, Miss Maudie's house burned down. This tretury affected the entire town however Miss Maudie seemed to have a fairly positive oppinion about it. For some time Miss Maudie had wanted a new house along with a new garden, and viewed the incodent as a gift or a reason for a new house.

  2. Nice blog! Very articulate and well-written. I like how you focused on how the tragedy of the burned house was turned into something positive by Miss Maudie. Keep up the good work.
